Pineapple Pork Chops and Bursts

Tonight's cuisine was inspired by my husband's hankering for stir-fry. With my gluten-and-price-maximizing mind of mine, I took the challenge to find gluten-free soy sauce. The quest was not as successful as planned. So, I switched continents for the cuisine and created a Hawaiian-esque meal. It should be a pineapple and onion glaze over pork chops with what I call pineapple bursts--simply pineapple cooked in honey, brown sugar, and vanilla. I will post his reaction..and mine. :j
